THE INITIAL CONSULTATION AND
WALK-THROUGH assesses what we can do to help you to get
a more universal appeal if you are Staging your home to sell
or that beautiful reflection of you if you want to Redesign
your home. Don’t worry, we are not here to judge or
criticize your home as on some TV programs but to help you
to achieve your goals. We will end the consultation with a
proposal for any Staging Services needed.
½ DAY
STAGING is for homes that need just a little attention
and expertise. Your Home Staging In Paradise Consultant
will spend four hours transforming the home. It will amaze
you how everyday items can be used to transform your home!
We will be working from a detailed Walk-Through Work Sheet
that will be given to the Homeowner to complete any
additional transformations to consider.
FULL
DAY STAGING is up to eight hours making dramatic
transformations to your home. What a difference a day can
make! Your Home Staging In Paradise Consultant will be
working from a detailed Walk-Through Sheet that will be
given to the Homeowner to complete any additional
transformations that may be considered.
NEW
LISTING OR OPEN HOUSE STAGING WEEKEND is ideal for the
house that is just about to go on the market or have an Open
House in order to make that great first impression! We will
spend two full days, up to eight hours each, transforming
the house into a buyer’s dream home. We will be working
from a detailed Walk-Through Sheet that will be given to the
Homeowner to complete any additional transformations to
consider.
DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES are available to purchase. These
have been created prior to our appointment or on site with
our components and can be used to make the home’s
transformation without additional shopping or waiting.
RECOMMENDED SHOPPING TIME FOR CRITICAL STAGING
TRANSFORMATION ACCESSORIES may be needed to attain the
desired transformation. We hope to be able to use what you
already have but may need to shop for items to complete the
desired look. The great thing about decorative accessories
is that they can be taken with you when you move to use in
your next home. Other items such as upgraded faucets or
lighting, etc. that are attached to the home and stay there
can be extremely beneficial to update the home and increase
desirability and value.
VACANT
HOME STAGING can mean the difference between a house
sitting on the market because buyers are looking for a home
not a house and 90% cannot visualize a home’s potential.
Plus, without furnishings the negatives of the home are just
screaming at them. During the INITIAL CONSULTATION a Home
Staging In Paradise Consultant meets with the Homeowner and
Realtor to go over the process, budget and reviews the
home. When the Homeowner decides to proceed the FURNITURE
PLANNING begins and a Home Staging In Paradise Consultant
meets with the furniture rental company that best fits this
project (the Homeowner pays the rental company directly).
On MOVING DAY a Home Staging In Paradise Consultant meets
the furniture rental company and directs the furniture
placement. Either the Homeowner can supply accessories to
use to decorate the home or Home Staging In Paradise can
provide accessories to rent or a combination thereof. When
the house is SOLD we will meet with the furniture rental
movers and spend a day de-staging the home. We highly
recommend keeping the home staged through the buyer’s
inspection and appraisal of the home.
VIRTUAL TOURS are a powerful
tool to get Buyers to want to view your home or listing.
Our Virtual Tours are done to music and have captions that
highlight the best features of the home to entice the Buyers
to want to see more. As 80% of Home Buyers start online
first, the visual representation of the home is an
incredibly important and inexpensive way to target exactly
