Housing and Development report says that a Staged house on
average sells for 17% higher than a home that is not staged.
A 2003
HomeGain Survey of over 2,000 Realtors found that sellers
who spent $1,000 staging their homes recovered almost 200%
of the staging costs when they sold their home.
The New
York Village Voice reported that the average number of days
a staged home was on the market was 13.9 days versus 30.9
days for a home that was not staged.
Let’s face it the facts and
figures will vary from study to study and area to area. What

potential of a home. Statistics are that a WHOPPING 90 %
CANNOT visualize a home’s potential.
